Sanjay Jha is not a pseudo-secularist, and genuinely believes in communal bonding bereft of anachronistic, rigid beliefs. He is a self-confessed, ideological supporter of the Congress party and has co-founded HamaraCongress.com. His successful internet venture CricketNext.com is now part of Network 18 Media group.

Jha is a former banker, who is currently Executive Director of Dale Carnegie Training in India. He is an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a post-graduate in Economics. He has authored a cricket anthology ‘Eleven – Trials, Triumphs and Turbulence; Indian Cricket 2003 – 2010’ and a book of poems.
